Within a business quarter, they closed 8 new deals worth over $75,000 in revenue.
Due to their world-class production skills, demand was high for Dragonfruit Media’s done for you service offering, however, they were already maxed out with capacity. Unable to increase their revenue without scaling headcount and expenses, they sought our help.
Dragonfruit Media realized they needed to create a more scalable, profitable offer and repeatable sales process that would allow them to grow beyond their existing network. We worked with them to productize their offer, develop their sales process, build an prospecting email sequence for sales pipeline followup, and take their new offer to market.
Within a business quarter, they closed 8 new deals worth over $75,000 in revenue after only contacting 700 prospects (a conversion rate from outreach to sale of over 1%). Each of these deals were sourced from cold outreach and the majority of prospects signed up after one or two sales calls (a 60 minute to 14 day sales cycle).
